Refund policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through the No Label Clothing online store.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the order has been processed or shipped from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@nolabelclothing.com.my with your order number.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible and the return process will apply instead.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The item delivered is incorrect.
  • The item is damaged during delivery.
  • The item received is defective.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Minor colour differences caused by screen displays
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at admin@nolabelclothing.com.my with your order number and photos of the item.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our support team.

Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.

  • Online Banking / FPX — Refund will be transferred to your bank account within approximately 3–5 working days.
  • Credit or Debit Card — Refund will be issued back to the original card. Processing time may vary depending on your card issuer.
  • E-wallet payments — Refund will be returned to the same wallet where possible.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after the return eligibility period
